ABS

Start off by stretching..

1.     3×30 crunches

 

2.     3×20 elbow to knee crunches-  

(these are great for getting rid of that lower belly)

 

3.     3×20 mountain climber

   

4.     15 right oblique crunches

 

 

5.     15 left oblique crunches

 

 

 

 

 

CARDIO

4-5 hours a week of cycling

( i usually do quite a bit of cardio because i am a cyclist but you can do any type of cardio as a replacement )
